Rooted in Agriculture & Community since 1867
The Calvert Grange is a nonprofit organization founded in 1953. Our mission is to strengthen individuals, families, and communities through grassroots action, service, education, advocacy, and agriculture awareness.
Calvert Grange #424 is just one of many “Community Granges” that exist throughout the United States under the larger umbrella of the National Grange of the Order of Patrons of Husbandry. The Grange was founded in 1867 and continues today as a “nonprofit, nonpartisan, fraternal organization that advocates for rural America and agriculture”.
The Grange has continuously fought for the rights of farmers and rural Americans everywhere, taking hometown words and policies to the steps of Congress year after year. We focus on a number of core goals to make sure our focus is strong and our mission is the best it can be.
The Grange was founded in 1867 and continues today as a “nonprofit, nonpartisan, fraternal organization that advocates for rural America and agriculture”.
